Beer 101 (Pre-registration for 12)

Have you ever wondered about the difference between an ale and a lager? Why are stouts dark? Why are IPAs the most popular style of craft beer?
Come to Beer 101 and learn all about beer. The provost, Dr. Mynatt will lead this session as he has been a homebrewer since 1997. Dr. Mynatt will give a quick overview of how beer is made, but most of the session will be dedicated to understanding the different beer styles, from Budweiser to Guiness. Two-ounce tastings of six styles will be provided. Must be 21 to register.
Audience: Students over 21, faculty are also welcome to attend
