Department of Nursing
The Department of Nursing at Pfeiffer University is home to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program. Built on a firm foundation of hands-on learning, mentorship, and attention to the interests of each student, the department of nursing prepares students for the NCLEX-RN licensure exam. Students who graduate from the nursing program and pass the NCLEX-RN may pursue careers in various nursing roles, such as critical care, pediatrics, physical mental health, and medical-surgical. Or, they may go on to pursue graduate education in order to become nurse educators, nurse managers or advanced practice nurse practitioners.
