Baccalaureate Degree Plans
We’ve provided Baccalaureate Degree Plans for students at North Carolina Community Colleges to help identify pathways leading to admission into a major and baccalaureate completion.
Transfer students have:
- Earned associate’s degree
- Hold a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
(students who hold a GPA of 2.0 to 2.4 may be eligible for conditional admission) - Are in good academic standing with their previous institution
- Completed a transfer student application

A student entering Pfeiffer University with an earned associate’s degree from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College will be designated a “transfer student” and will be registered with Junior class status at Pfeiffer University, with all the privileges and benefits available to students already enrolled at Pfeiffer University, including application for financial assistance, eligibility for academic degree honors, student activities, development services, and social opportunities.
