The National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is a computer-based exam that consists of two distinct components: a clinical simulation test (CST) and single response multiple-choice items comprised of questions that assess general knowledge across several domains. Graduates must successfully pass this examination in order to become eligible for licensure.
