MS-PAS Diversity Statement
At Pfeiffer University, the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MS-PAS) program has a mission to educate future clinicians from diverse backgrounds to promote exceptional healthcare, especially in underserved populations. Central to our mission is our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion for all students, faculty, and staff. This commitment includes interactions with the Pfeiffer University community, patients, providers, and clinical staff encountered throughout the program. Pfeiffer University empowers others by having a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bias-related misconduct, and discrimination. By promoting self-reflection and self-awareness to overcome implicit bias, we foster a sense of belonging to authentically embrace the uniqueness that brings us together as a community; we are one Pfeiffer family.
In accordance with Pfeiffer University policy, MS-PAS does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion, national origin, age, military service, ability, ethnicity, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.
